无托槽隐形矫治器与固定矫治器在正畸中对牙周健康的影响

Influence of Bracketless Invisible Appliance and Fixed Appliance on Periodontal Health in Orthodontics

目的观察无托槽隐形矫治器与固定矫治器在正畸治疗中的临床效果。方法方便选取泉州滨海医院口腔科2019年5月—2020年5月收治的250例牙齿正畸治疗患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组。对照组100例接受固定矫治器治疗,观察组150例接受无托槽隐形矫治器治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,治疗后牙周健康指数及口腔功能。结果观察组总有效率为95.33%,高于对照组的总有效率86.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.793,P<0.05)。两组装配后24 h GI、SBI、PLI均明显高于装配前,观察组GI、SBI、PLI均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.388、6.668、6.658,P<0.05)。装配后24 h,两组30 s内咀嚼次数、咀嚼效能均高于装配前,观察组30 s内咀嚼次数、咀嚼效能均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.578、6.467,P<0.05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治器正畸临床效果优于固定矫治器,牙周健康状况及口腔功能也明显优于固定矫治器,适于在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of bracketless invisible appliances and fixed appliances in orthodontic treatment.Methods 250 orthodontic patients admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Quanzhou Binhai Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were conveniently selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.100 cases in the control group received treatment with fixed appliances,and 150 cases in the observation group received treatment with invisible appliances without brackets.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups,periodontal health index and oral function after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.33%,which was higher than the total effective rate of the control group of 86.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.793,P<0.05).The GI,SBI,and PLI of the two groups at 24 h after assembly were significantly higher than those before assembly.The GI,SBI,and PLI of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.388,6.668,6.658,P<0.05).24 h after assembly,the number of chewing times and chewing efficiency within 30 s of the two groups were higher than those before assembly.The number of chewing times and chewing efficiency within 30 s of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=8.578,6.467,P<0.05).Conclusion The orthodontic effect of the non-bracket invisible appliance is better than that of the fixed appliance,and the periodontal health and oral function are also significantly better than that of the fixed appliance,which is suitable for clinical application.
