电针配合旋提正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Electric Acupuncture Combined with Spin-lifting Bone-setting Manipulation for the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的探讨电针配合旋提正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床。方法随机选取该院2019年2月—2020年2月收治的神经根型颈椎病患者共60例,将其均分为对照组以及研究组,对照组接受旋提正骨手法治疗,研究组接受电针配合旋提正骨手法治疗,对比两组患者的疗效。结果研究组的治疗有效率(96.67%)较对照组高,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的颈椎活动度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的前屈(45.91±3.94)°、后伸(47.78±3.48)°、左屈(39.91±3.12)°、右屈(40.51±5.85)°、左旋(62.91±5.23)°、右旋(58.38±4.81)°活动度均大于对照组前屈(31.48±4.13)°、后伸(30.75±5.91)°、左屈(33.71±4.32)°、右屈(32.95±4.85)°、左旋(48.85±4.81)°、右旋(44.74±3.91)°活动度,数据差异有统计学意义(t=13.847、13.600、6.372、5.449、10.837、12.052,P<0.05)。结论神经根型颈椎病患者采用电针配合旋提正骨手法治疗,能够有效的缓解临床症状,改善颈椎活动度,治疗效果较好,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical observation of electric acupuncture combined with spin-lifting and bone-setting manipulation to treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 60 patients with radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were random selected.The 60 patients were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group received the treatment of spin-lifting and bone setting,and the study group received the electro-acupuncture combined with spin-lifting bone-setting manipulations,to compare the efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cervical spine mobility between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the study group’s flexion(45.91±3.94)°,extension(47.78±3.48)°,left flexion(39.91±3.12)°,the activities of right flexion(40.51±5.85)°,left rotation(62.91±5.23)°,right rotation(58.38±4.81)°were greater than those of the control group in forward flexion(31.48±4.13)°,extension(30.75±5.91)°,left flexion(33.71±4.32)°,right flexion(32.95±4.85)°,left-handed(48.85±4.81)°,and right-handed(44.74±3.91)°mobility,the data difference was statistically significant(t=13.847,13.600,6.372,5.449,10.837,12.052,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with electric acupuncture combined with spin-lifting bone setting can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve cervical spine mobility.The treatment effect is good,and it is worthy of promotion.
