灯盏细辛注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Dengzhan Xixin Injection on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的分析灯盏细辛注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法2017年6月2020年4月方便选取兴宁市人民医院全科收治的冠心病心绞痛患者共90例,随机分组,对照组的患者用药处方是硝酸异山梨酯,观察组则在对照组的基础上增加灯盏细辛注射液。比较两组心绞痛症状消失时间、治疗前后患者心功能纽约协会分级、左心室射血分数、心绞痛持续时间和生活质量评分、整体疗效、不良反应。结果观察组心绞痛症状消失时间(6.26±1.26)d短于对照组(9.51±2.78)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.124,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组心功能纽约协会分级、左心室射血分数、心绞痛持续时间和生活质量评分(1.21±0.21)%、(58.56±3.26)%、(2.19±0.45)min、(88.34±10.82)分优于对照组(2.22±0.56)%、(53.56±3.21)%、(4.68±0.91)min、(74.15±9.98)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率95.56%高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.866,P<0.05)。两组不良反应对比没有明显差异,各有1例恶心,1例头晕和1例轻微呕吐,发生率6.67%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论硝酸异山梨酯治疗的基础上给予灯盏细辛注射液对于冠心病心绞痛的效果确切,可有效控制心绞痛发作,并改善患者心功能,且为增加不良反应,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Dengzhanxixin injection in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods From June 2017 to April 2020 convenient select a total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the general department of Xingning People’s Hospital were enrolled.They were randomly divided into two groups.The prescription for the control group was isosorbide dinitrate,and the observation group added breviscapine injection to the control group.The time of disappearance of angina pectoris symptoms,New York Association classification of cardiac function before and after treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction,angina pectoris duration and quality of life score,overall efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of angina pectoris symptoms in the observation group was(6.26±1.26)d shorter than that in the control group(9.51±2.78)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.124,P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group's cardiac function New York Association classification,left ventricular ejection fraction,angina pectoris duration and quality of life scores were(1.21±0.21)%,(58.56±3.26)%,(2.19±0.45)min,(88.34±10.82)points better than the control group(2.22±0.56)%,(53.56±3.21)%,(4.68±0.91)min,(74.15±9.98)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%higher than that in the control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.866,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.There was 1 case of nausea,1 case of dizziness and 1 case of mild vomiting in each group.The incidence was 6.67%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion Based on the treatment of isosorbide dinitrate,the effect of breviscapine injection on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is definite.It can effectively control the onset of angina pectoris and improve the heart function of patients.In order to increase adverse reactions,it is safe and worthy of promotion.
