盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗对小儿肺炎的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride in Children with Pneumonia

目的对小儿肺炎患儿采用盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗的效果进行研究。方法方便选择该院收治的小儿肺炎患儿120例作为该次研究纳入的研究对象,选取时间段为2019年3月—2020年2月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规组(常规的对症治疗)和联合组(盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗),每组60例。对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果联合组的总有效率为96.7%,明显高于常规组80.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.086,P<0.05);联合组的高热、咳嗽、咳痰症状缓解时间为(2.4±0.5)、(4.6±1.1)、(3.6±0.6)d,明显低于常规组(3.6±0.8)、(6.4±1.7)、(5.1±1.2)d,差异有统计学意义(t=9.853、6.886、8.660,P<0.05);联合组的不良反应发生率为8.3%,常规组不良反应发生率为6.7%,组间差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论针对小儿肺炎患儿采用盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗具有很好的效果,能够促进患儿临床症状的缓解与改善,而且不良反应少,具有很高的安全性。

Objective To study the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procaterol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods 120 children with pneumonia in children admitted to the hospital were convenient selected as the research objects included in this study.The selected time period is from March 2019 to February 2020,and they are divided into the conventional group according to the random number table method(conventional symptomatic treatment)And the combined group(ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Procaterol hydrochloride),60 cases in each group.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups of children.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than 80.0%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.086,P<0.05);the relief time of symptoms of high fever,cough and sputum in the combined group was(2.4±0.5)d,(4.6±1.1)d,(3.6±0.6)d,significantly lower than the routine group(3.6±0.8)d,(6.4±1.7)d,(5.1±1.2)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.853,6.886,8.660,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 8.3%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the routine group was 6.7%.There was no statistically significant difference between the groups(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procaterol hydrochloride for children with pneumonia in children has a good effect,can promote the relief and improvement of the clinical symptoms of children,and has few adverse reactions and has high safety.
