舒适护理模式在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术围手术期护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Comfortable Nursing Mode in Perioperative Nursing of Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的研究腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者实施舒适护理模式的应用价值。方法方便择取78例该院纳入的腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者,时间于2018年7月—2019年7月,利用随机数字表法对患者分为实验组与参照组,各39例。参照组干预措施为常规护理,实验组予行舒适护理模式,讨论患者的临床指标。结果①实验组手术时间(134.29±30.58)min,参照组(134.54±30.29)min(t=0.036,P=0.971);实验组术中出血量(71.43±6.32)mL,参照组(71.56±6.48)mL(t=0.090,P=0.929);实验组疼痛评分(1.25±0.31)分,参照组(2.49±0.52)分(t=12.791,P<0.001);实验组住院时长(4.24±1.13)d,参照组(7.48±1.39)d(t=11.295,P<0.001)。腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者手术时间、术中出血量具有一致性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组疼痛评分低于参照组,与参照组相较,实验组住院时长较短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②实验组生活质量优25例,占比64.10%;良12例,占比30.77%;差2例,占比5.13%;实验组生活质量优良37例,占比94.87%。参照组生活质量优17例,占比43.59%;良13例,占比33.337%;差9例,占比23.08%;实验组生活质量优良30例,占比76.92%。实验组腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者生活质量优良率(94.87%)高于参照组(76.92%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者行舒适护理模式效果确切。

Objective To study the application value of comfortable nursing mode for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods Convenient to select 78 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy included in the hospital were selected.From July 2018 to July 2019,the patients were divided into an experimental group and a reference group,with 39 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The intervention measures of the reference group were routine care,and the experimental group was given a comfortable care model to discuss the clinical indicators of the patients.Results 1.The operation time of the experimental group was(134.29±30.58)min,the reference group was(134.54±30.29)min(t=0.036,P=0.971);the intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was(71.43±6.32)mL,the reference group(71.56±6.48)mL(t=0.090,P=0.929);the pain score of the experimental group was(1.25±0.31)points,the reference group was(2.49±0.52)points(t=12.791,P<0.001);the experimental group was hospitalized(4.24±1.13)d,the reference group(7.48±1.39)d(t=12.791,P<0.001).The operative time and intraoperative blood loss of laparoscopic myomectomy patients were consistent,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group.Compared with the reference group,the length of hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter,and there was statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).2.The quality of life of the experimental group was excellent in 25 cases,accounting for 64.10%;12 cases were good,accounting for 30.77%;2 cases were poor,accounting for 5.13%;37 cases in the experimental group had good quality of life,accounting for 94.87%.In the reference group,17 cases had excellent quality of life,accounting for 43.59%;13 cases were good,accounting for 33.337%;9 cases were poor,accounting for 23.08%;30 cases in the experimental group had excellent quality of life,accounting for 76.92%.The quality of life rate of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy in the experimental group(94.87%)was higher than that of the reference group(76.92%),and the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfortable nursing mode is effective for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.
