精细化护理在腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术患儿中的应用

Application of Refined Nursing in Children Undergoing Laparoscopic Appendicitis

目的分析精细化护理在腹腔镜阑尾切除术患儿中的应用效果。方法方便选取82例于2018年11月—2020年4月在该院行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的患儿,随机分为对照组(n=41,阑尾炎常规围术期护理)和观察组(n=41,阑尾炎围术期精细化护理),对比两组患儿术后恢复时间、住院时间、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组患儿术后恢复时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿术后并发症发生率2.44%显著低于对照组19.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.493,P<0.05);观察组患儿家长的护理满意度97.56%显著高于对照组78.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.288,P<0.05)。结论精细化护理实施能够显著改善腹腔镜阑尾切除术患儿的手术指标,缩短其术后康复时间,减少其并发症发生率,从而显著提高患儿家长的护理满意度,实践应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of fine care in children undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods 82 children who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy in the hospital from November 2018 to April 2020 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into control group(n=41,routine perioperative care for appendicitis)and observation group(n=41,fine care during the perioperative period of appendicitis),to compare the postoperative recovery time,hospital stay,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children.Results The postoperative recovery time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 2.44%was significantly lower than that of the control group 19.51%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.493,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of parents of children in the observation group was 97.56%significantly higher than that of the control group 78.05%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.288,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined nursing care can significantly improve the surgical indicators of children undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy,shorten their postoperative recovery time,and reduce the incidence of complications,thereby significantly improving the nursing satisfaction of the parents of the children,and has high practical application value.
