子宫内膜性病变诊断中经阴道三维彩超的应用探究

Application of Transvaginal Three-dimensional Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Endometrial Lesions

目的临床分析子宫内膜性病变诊断中经阴道三维彩超的应用价值。方法采用回顾性分析,便利选取该院自2016年2月—2020年1月收治的135例子宫内膜性病变患者的临床资料,所有患者分别进行了经阴道二维超声检查、经阴道三维超声检查,与病理诊断相比较,分析经阴道三维彩超诊断的准确率。结果经阴道三维超声诊断子宫内膜性病变准确率为91.85%,明显高于经二维超声诊断率77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经阴道三维超声检查宫腔粘连、内膜息肉、子宫内膜癌的准确率明显高于经阴道二维超声诊断率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道三维彩超可提高子宫内膜性病变的诊断准确率,是临床诊断子宫内膜性病变的有效方式,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To clinically analyze the application value of transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to select conveniently the clinical data of 135 patients with endometrial lesions admitted to the hospital from February 2016 to January 2020.All patients underwent transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound examination and transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound,compared with pathological diagnosis,analyzed the accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis.Results The accuracy rate of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial lesions was 91.85%,which was significantly higher than the diagnosis rate of 77.78%by two-dimensional ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examination of uterine adhesions and endometrium.The accuracy rate of polyps and endometrial cancer was significantly higher than the diagnosis rate of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.It is an effective method for clinical diagnosis of endometrial lesions and is worthy of clinical application.
