超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流结合聚桂醇泡沫硬化治疗肝囊肿的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Ultrasound-guided Percutaneous Catheter Drainage Combined with Cinnamyl Alcohol foam Sclerotherapy in the Treatment of Hepatic Cysts

目的探究超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流结合聚桂醇泡沫硬化治疗肝囊肿的效果。方法随机选择2017年1月—2018年12月于该院住院治疗肝囊肿的60例患者作为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用超声引导下引流联合1%聚桂醇注射液硬化治疗,观察组患者采用超声引导下引流联合聚桂醇泡沫硬化治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗次数、用药剂量以及治疗期间不良反应。结果随访12个月,观察组的治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组的治疗有效率为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05);两组治疗次数差异无统计学意义(t=1.594,P>0.05);观察组用药剂量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.886,P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流结合聚桂醇泡沫硬化提高了肝囊肿的治疗有效率,降低了用药剂量,不增加不良反应,值得临床推荐。

Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture catheter drainage combined with cinnamyl alcohol foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of liver cysts.Methods Sixty patients who were hospitalized for liver cysts in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided drainage combined with 1%cinnamyl alcohol injection sclerotherapy,and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided drainage combined with cinnamyl alcohol foam sclerotherapy.The treatment effects,treatment times,dosages and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Follow-up for 12 months,the treatment effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and the treatment effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05);the difference in the number of treatments between the two groups was not statistically significant(t=1.594,P>0.05);the dosage of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.886,P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture catheter drainage combined with cinnamyl alcohol foam sclerotherapy improves the effective treatment of liver cysts,reduces the dosage of drugs,and does not increase adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
