老年人骨质疏松症合并肌少症治疗的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Osteoporosis in the Elderly with Sarcopenia

社会人口老龄化导致许多老年慢性病的患病率逐年上升,而骨质疏松症和肌肉减少症正是与增龄明显相关的退行性疾病。越来越多的研究表明肌肉和骨骼、肌肉减少症和骨质疏松症之间互相影响,它们使老年人的骨脆性增加和虚弱,导致其功能衰退、跌倒、骨折、住院、丧失独立性和死亡的风险升高,并降低了老年人的生活质量。近年关于两者发病机制的研究取得了重大进展,但针对“肌少-骨质疏松症”共同靶点的治疗方法和药物比较缺乏。但有文献表明有效的运动营养、干细胞治疗以及一些分子药物可以同时对肌肉和骨骼产生积极的影响,这些治疗方法都能使老年人发生跌倒及骨折的风险大大降低。该文对老年人骨质疏松症合并肌少症治疗的研究进展进行简要综述。

The aging of the social population has caused the prevalence of many chronic diseases in the elderly to increase year by year,and osteoporosis and sarcopenia are degenerative diseases that are obviously related to aging.More and more studies have shown that muscles and bones,sarcopenia,and osteoporosis interact with each other.They increase and weaken the fragility of the bones of the elderly,leading to their functional decline,falls,fractures,hospitalization,loss of independence and the risk of death was increased and the quality of life of the elderly was reduced.In recent years,the research on the pathogenesis of the two has made significant progress,but there is a lack of treatment methods and drugs for the common target of"myosarcosis-osteoporosis".However,some literature shows that effective sports nutrition,stem cell therapy and some molecular drugs can have a positive effect on muscle and bone at the same time.These treatment methods can greatly reduce the risk of falls and fractures in the elderly.This article briefly reviews the research progress in the treatment of osteoporosis with sarcopenia in the elderly.
