摘要
本文采用浆料浸渍涂覆法制备α—Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrO_(2)非对称复合超滤膜,系统研究了α—氧化铝固含量以及PVA的添加量对于中间层的厚度及其完整性的影响,从而制备出性能良好的α—氧化铝中间层以及氧化锆分离层。采用扫描电子显微镜、孔径分析仪等对α-Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrO_(2)超滤膜的显微结构、孔径分布进行表征。结果表明:当固含量为30wt%、PVA含量为15wt%,在1330℃煅烧温度下可以制备出表面光滑无缺陷的中间层;固含量为12wt%、PVA含量为23wt%,煅烧温度1230℃,可以制备性能良好的分离层。中间层很好的覆盖了支撑体的大孔,复合超滤膜的平均孔径为45nm,纯水渗透率为671 L/(m^(2)·h·bar)。
In this paper,α-Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrO_(2) asymmetric composite ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by slurry impregnation and coating method.The influence of the solid content of α-Al_(2)O_(3) and the amount of PVA on the thickness and integrity of the intermediate layer was studied systematically,so as to prepare a good performance α-Al_(2)O_(3) intermediate layer and a zirconia separation layer.The microstructure and pore size distribution of α-Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrO_(2) composite ultrafiltration membrane were characterized by SEM and pore size analyzer.The results show that when the solid content is 30 wt% and PVA content is15 wt%,the interlayer with smooth surface and no defects can be prepared at 1330℃;when the solid content is 12 wt%,PVA content is 23 wt%,and the calcination temperature is 1230℃,the separation layer with good performance can be prepared.The average pore size of composite ultrafiltration membrane is 45 nm,and the permeability of pure water is 671 L/(m^(2)·h·bar).
