非空腹16项常见生化指标的观察研究

摘要 目的探讨非空腹抽血检验对人体常见生化指标的影响及可行性。方法取195例志愿者,严格按照空腹、餐后2h、餐后4h抽血检测,分别检测肾功、肝功、血脂、电解质等16项常见生化指标,采用SPSS23.0统计软件分析结果差异有无统计学意义。结果空腹与餐后2h结果比较,Glu、TG、K、Na、Cl、Ca、P差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Crea、UA、Urea、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、ALT、AST、Mg差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。空腹与餐后4h结果比较,K、Na、Cl、Ca、P差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Glu、Crea、UA、Urea、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ALT、AST、Mg差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。餐后2h与餐后4h结果比较,仅有Glu差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Crea、UA、Urea、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ALT、AST、K、Na、Cl、Ca、P、Mg差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早晨非空腹血检测结果对Crea、UA、Urea、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、ALT、AST、Mg无影响,可作为临床诊疗的重要依据;Glu、TG、K、Na、Cl、Ca、P仍需进行空腹检测。 Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of non-fasting blood sampling test on common biochemical indexes of human body.Methods In 195 volunteers,16 common biochemical indexes such as kidney function,liver function,blood fat and electrolyte were measured according to the blood samples of fasting,postprandial two hours and postprandial four hours,and the statistical significance of the results was analyzed by using the SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results To compare the results of fasting and postprandial two hours,the differences of Glu,TG,K,Na,Cl,Ca and P had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the differences of Crea,UA,Urea,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,ALT,AST and Mg had not statistical significance(P>0.05).To compare the results of fasting and postprandial four hours,the differences of K,Na,Cl,Ca and P had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the differences of Glu,Crea,UA,Urea,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ALT,AST and Mg had not statistical significance(P>0.05).To compare the results of postprandial two hours and postprandial four hours,the differences of Glu had statistical significance only(P<0.05),and the differences of Crea,UA,Urea,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ALT,AST,K,Na,Cl,Ca,P and Mg had not statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The results of non-fasting blood test in the morning had not effect on Crea,UA,Urea,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,ALT,AST and Mg,which can be used as an important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.But there was still a need to test Glu,TG,K,Na,Cl,Ca and P by fasting.
