摘要
介绍了一款基于无线射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术的感温芯片内部的电磁取电电路。该电磁取电电路主要分为3部分,分别为整流电路、偏置电路和低压差线性稳压器(Low Dropout Regulator,LDO)稳压电路。整流电路对天线输入的信号进行整流,为偏置电路和稳压电路提供一个有一定波纹系数的直流电压,偏置电路生成一个不受温度影响的参考电压,低压差线性稳压器稳压电路输出一个稳定的电压。本电路基于0.18μm CMOS工艺,输出电压1.8 V用于给感温芯片内部的电路进行供电。
This paper introduces an electromagnetic power-taking circuit in the temperature sensing chip based on RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)technology.The circuit consists of three parts:rectifier circuit,bias circuit and LDO(Low Dropout Regulator)regulator circuit.The rectifying circuit rectifies the input signal of the antenna and provides a DC voltage with a certain ripple coefficient for the bias circuit and the voltage stabilizing circuit.The bias circuit generates a temperature independent reference voltage.Low dropout regulator circuit outputs a stable voltage.This circuit is based on 0.18μm CMOS technology,and the output voltage is 1.8V,which is used to supply power to the internal circuit of the chip.
