摘要
稳定化修复技术具有相对成本较低、环境安全性好、综合效益好等优势,是目前重金属污染土壤修复的主要技术方法之一。文章以某地重金属污染土壤项目为例,介绍了土壤异位高效稳定化修复一体化设备及关键系统,分析了该设备的工艺技术路线。该设备在有效处理污染土壤的同时,降低了单方土壤修复成本,避免了施工现场扬尘及二次污染,实现了智能化稳定运行,对我国土壤修复领域的技术装备水平提升及产业化推广具有重要推动作用。
The stabilization remediation technology has the advantages of relative low cost,good environmental safety and good comprehensive benefits.Now it is one of the main technological methods for heavy metal contaminated soil remediation.Taking a heavy metal contaminated soil project as an example,this paper introduced the integrated equipment and its key systems for high-efficiency stabilization and ex-situ remediation of soil,analyzed the process and technological route of the equipment.While effectively treating the contaminated soil,the equipment reduces the soil remediation cost per cubic meter,avoids fugitive dust and secondary pollution at the construction site,realizes the intelligent and stable operation,and thus plays an important role in promoting the level of technology and equipment and industrial promotion in the field of soil remediation in China.
