摘要
通过网络药理学的方法探究百合抗抑郁的作用机制.利用中药系统药理学技术平台(TCMSP)等数据库,以生物利用度(OB)≥30%、类药性(DL)≥0.18为条件筛选百合活性成分及抗抑郁的靶点,构建成分-靶点、关键靶点蛋白网互作图、靶点基因GO富集及KEGG通路分析.结果表明,通过筛选获得7个符合标准的活性成分、85个与抑郁相关的靶点,GO富集分析得到17个生物学功能,KEGG通路分析得到11条显著富集的通路.百合通过多靶点、多通路、多成分发挥抗抑郁的作用,可能是通过胆碱能突触、神经活性配体-受体、p53信号通路、钙信号通路等信号通路发挥复杂的调节作用.
To explore the antidepressant mechanism of Lilii Bulbus by means of network pharmacology,the databases such as the Traditional Chinese Medicine System Pharmacology Technology Platform(TCMSP),the bioavailability(OB)≥30%and the drug-like activity(DL)≥0.18 were used to screen the active ingredients and antidepressant targets of Lilii Bulbus,and construct the component-target point,key target protein network interaction mapping,target gene GO enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis.Through screening,7 active ingredients that met the standard,85 targets related to depression were obtained,17 biological functions were obtained by GO enrichment analysis,and 11 significantly enriched pathways were obtained by KEGG pathway analysis.The rusults showed that Lilii Bulbus exerted its antidepressant effect through multiple targets,multiple pathways,and multiple components,and may play a complex regulatory role through cholinergic synapses,neuroactive ligand-receptors,p53 signaling pathways,calcium signaling pathways and other signaling pathways.
