Countermeasures and Suggestions for Improving the Employment Quality of College Graduates in Anhui Province in the Internet Plus Era

针对2020年安徽省毕业生人数增加、求职困难增多以及结构性矛盾突出的就业新形势,分析了互联网+时代下安徽省高校毕业生就业质量产生的问题,表现为专业岗位供需不匹配、传统就业观念制约、“慢就业”现象凸显。提出了拓宽就业渠道和增加就业机会、优化专业设置和调整人才结构、提高毕业生自身竞争力和社会宽容度、引导毕业生省内城市群和重点行业就业、积极创新招聘模式和用好线上平台、政府高校合力和加强就业指导、提高就业督查力度等提升毕业生就业质量的对策及建议。

In view of the new employment situation with the increasing number of graduates in Anhui Province in 2020,the growing difficulties in job hunting,and the striking structural contradictions,this paper analyzes the problems arising from the employment quality of college graduates in Anhui province in the Internet Plus era,which are reflected in the mismatch between the supply and demand of professional positions,the restricted traditional employment concept,and the phenomenon of slow employment.The following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the quality of employment,including the broadening of the employment channels and opportunities,the optimizing of the professional settings and talents structure,the improving of the graduates own competitiveness and social tolerance,the employment guidance for college graduates to urban clusters and key industry,the innovation of the recruitment models and online platforms,the strengthened employment guidance of government and universities,and the increasing of the employment supervision.
