帕金森病非运动症状波动的研究进展

Research progress of non-motor symptom fluctuation in Parkinson′s disease

帕金森病除典型的运动症状之外,还有许多非运动症状,例如便秘、抑郁、认知功能障碍等。近来年研究发现非运动症状,例如焦虑、抑郁、疼痛、认知等也出现波动,许多非运动症状可呈现类似运动波动的变化。因此,在诊疗过程中不仅要关注患者的运动症状波动,同时还要重视患者的非运动症状波动,本文主要对非运动症状波动的相关研究进行综述。

Parkinson′s disease in addition to typical motor symptoms,there are many non-motor symptoms,such as constipation,depression,cognitive dysfunction and so on.Studies in recent years have found that non-motor symptoms also fluctuate,such as anxiety,depression,pain,cognition,etc.And many non-motor symptoms showed variations similar to movement fluctuations.Therefore,in the process of diagnosis and treatment,should not only pay attention to the fluctuation of patients′motor symptoms,but also pay attention to the fluctuation of patients′non-motor symptoms.This article mainly reviews the related studies of non-motor symptom fluctuation.
