TUCBDP联合TURP治疗突入膀胱大于1cm前列腺疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of TUCBDP combined with TURP in the treatment of prostate with more than 1 cm protruding bladder

目的探讨经尿道柱状水囊扩开术(TUCBDP)联合经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗突入膀胱>1 cm前列腺增生的效果。方法选取江西医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2018年8月~2020年2月收治的40例突入膀胱>1 cm前列腺患者作为研究对象,采用整体分层分组随机化法分为试验组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组行TURP治疗,试验组行TUCBDP联合TURP。术后连续随访6个月,记录两组的国际前列腺症状量表(IPSS)评分、生活质量评估量表(QOL)评分、最大尿流率。结果两组患者术后的IPSS评分均低于术前,QOL评分高于术前,且试验组术后的IPSS评分低于对照组,QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后1个月的最大尿流率均高于术前,且试验组术后1个月的最大尿流率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TUCBDP联合TURP治疗突入膀胱>1 cm前列腺增生可有效促进患者症状缓解,改善最大尿流率及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of transurethral columnar balloon dilation of the prostate(TUCBDP)combined with transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)in the treatment of intravesical protrusion with over 1 cm of hyperplasia of prostate.Methods A total of 40 patients with intravesical protrusion with over 1 cm of prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the overall stratified grouping randomization method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TURP,and the test group was treated with TUCBDP combined with TURP.After 6 months of continuous follow-up,the scores of the international prostate symptom scale(IPSS),the quality of life(QOL)assessment scale and the maximum urine flow rate(MFR)were recorded between the two groups.Results The IPSS scores of the two groups after operation were lower than those before operation,the QOL scores of the two groups after operation were higher than those before operation,and the IPSS score of the experimental group after operation was lower than that of the control group,and the QOL score of the experimental group after operation was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MFR of the two groups at 1 month after operation were higher than those before operation,and the MFR of the experimental group at 1 month after operation was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TUCBDP combined with TURP in the treatment of intravesical protrusion with over 1 cm of prostatic hyperplasia can effectively improve the symptom relief of patients,and improve their MFR and quality of life.
