生产性服务业集聚对区域创新绩效的影响——基于广东省数据的实证分析

Agglomeration of Productive Services Can Improve Regional Innovation Performance:The Empirical Analysis Based on Guangdong Data

利用广东省2004-2018年21个地级市面板数据,实证检验生产性服务业集聚对区域创新绩效的影响。结论表明:生产性服务业集聚显著抑制区域创新绩效的提高,两者呈负相关关系,集聚经济“拥挤效应”显著;生产性服务业集聚对区域创新绩效影响效应具有显著的行业和区域差异性:金融业、租赁和商业服务业集聚抑制区域创新提高,其他三个子行业影响效应不显著;珠三角生产性服务业集聚显著抑制区域创新绩效的提高,而粤东西北地区影响不显著。借鉴B-K中介效应分析法,构建传导变量的中介效应模型,结果表明:物质资本投资、人力资本、政府支持水平对区域创新绩效存在显著负向中介效应,生产性服务业集聚降低了物质资本投资、人力资本和政府支持水平,削弱了传导变量对区域创新绩效的正向效应。基于实证结论和广东区域现状,提出了提高区域创新绩效的政策建议。

The panel data of 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong province from 2003 to 2017 was used to empirically test the impact of productive services agglomeration on regional innovation performance.The conclusion shows that the agglomeration of productive services significantly inhibits the improvement of regional innovation performance,having a negative correlation with each other,with a significant“congestion effect”of agglomeration economy.There are significant industrial and regional differences in the effect of productive service industry agglomeration on regional innovation performance.Financial industry,leasing industry and commercial service industry agglomeration inhibit the improvement of regional performance,while the other three sub-industries have no significant effect.The agglomeration of productive services in the Pearl River delta significantly inhibited the improvement of regional innovation performance,while the influence of the east,west and north of Guangdong was not significant.Furthermore,based on B-K intermediary effect analysis,by building the mediation effect of conduction variable model,the results show that material capital investment,human capital,government support level of regional innovation performance have significantly negative effect of mediation.The agglomeration of productive services reduces the effect of material capital investment,human capital and the level of government support,weakens the positive effects of conduction variables on regional innovation performance.Finally,some policies and suggestions are put forward to improve the regional innovation performance.
