冷弯薄壁型钢-钢混合结构双层墙体抗剪性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用拟静力试验对4个冷弯薄壁型钢钢混合结构双层墙体施加低周往复荷载,为研究了冷弯薄壁型钢钢混合结构双层墙体抗剪性能。为了考察斜撑的影响,对其中2个试件增加斜撑,试验得到了试件的破坏特征、荷载位移滞回曲线等。试验结果表明,冷弯墙体与钢框架无明显滑移与拔起,两者可以良好的共同工作;试验过程中,下部钢框架均处于弹性阶段,其滞回曲线均为“梭形”,无捏缩现象,增强钢框架刚度对其抗剪性能影响不大,但是可以一定程度上缩小变形;上部冷弯墙体主要破坏特征为面板螺钉破坏及OSB板角部破碎;设置斜撑试件中柱龙骨破坏严重,柱顶和柱底均屈曲,斜撑在一定程度上增加了试件弹性阶段的刚度和抗剪性能。在冷弯薄壁型钢钢混合结构中,冷弯墙体与钢框架通过抗拔和抗剪螺栓形成可靠连接传递剪力与柱端附加轴力。冷弯薄壁型钢钢混合结构双层墙体可以发挥钢结构与冷弯结构的特点,实现底层大跨度,满足实际工程中的需要。 To study the shear behavior of cold-formed thin-walled steel hybrid structure double-story walls,the quasi-static test method was used to carry out low cycle cyclic loading tests on four cold-formed thin-walled steel hybrid structure double-story walls.To study the effect of diagonal bracing,diagonal bracing was added to two specimens.The failure characteristics and load-displacement hysteretic curves of the specimens were obtained by test.The test results show that:there is no obvious drift and pull-out phenomenon between cold-formed thin-walled wall and steel frame,and the two parts can interact well.The lower steel frame is in the elastic stage,and its hysteretic curve is“shuttle”shape with no pinch phenomenon.Improving the steel frame stiffness has little effect on its shear performance,but can reduce the deformation to a certain extent.The main failure characteristics of cold-formed thin-walled steel upper wall are plate screw failure and OSB corner fracture.The column keel of the diagonal bracing specimen has been seriously damaged,and the top and bottom of the column are buckling.The elastic stiffness and shear performance of the specimens can be improved to a certain extent by diagonal bracing.In the cold-formed thin-walled steel hybrid structure,the cold-formed thin-walled wall and steel frame transfer shear force and additional axial force at the column end through drawing and shear bolt,forming a reliable connection.The double-story wall with cold-formed thin-walled steel hybrid structure can give full play to the characteristics of steel structure and cold-formed steel structure,realize the large-span of the bottom floor,and meet the needs of practical engineering.
