宁夏回族自治区纺织类非物质文化遗产名录整理

Sorting Out the List of Textile Intangible Cultural Heritage in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

[研究意义]宁夏回族自治区有塞上江南的美誉,多民族聚居地,但非物质文化遗产较少,纺织类非物质文化遗产研究者少之又少。本文通过对宁夏回族自治区纺织类非物质文化遗产的名录整理分析,以期对相关研究者起到参考借鉴作用。[研究方法]文章以中国国务院2006、2008、2011、2014年批准公布的四批国家级非物质文化遗产名录、以宁夏回族自治区第一批、第二批、第三批、第四批、第五批公布的区级、省级非物质文化遗产项目为基础,采用分类归纳、数据统计、分析对比等方法对宁夏回族自治区区级、省级、国家级纺织类非物质文化遗产名录及特点进行整理。[研究结果]整理发现:宁夏地区国家级纺织类非物质文化遗产的项目共计2项,从全国国家级纺织类非物质文化遗产来看占比1.7%;分为民俗和传统技艺二大类;宁夏回族自治区区级纺织类非物质文化遗产项目共计7项;分为传统美术、传统手工艺和民俗三大类;其中1项为传统美术类,5项为传统手工艺类,1项为民俗类;宁夏回族自治区省级纺织类非物质文化遗产项目共计2项;分为传统美术和传统技艺,其中1项为传统美术类,1项为传统技艺类;宁夏回族自治区国家级纺织类非遗申报仅在2006年仅有1个,数量极少,第二、第三批次均没有,第四批次仅有1个,宁夏回族自治区区级纺织类非遗申报第一批次数量较多,第二、第三批、第四批次均没有,第五批次又呈上升状态,区级纺织类非遗项目申报有待发展,省级纺织类非遗项目申报仅仅在第五批才有。从区级、省级、国家级纺织类非遗发展来看,宁夏回族自治区纺织类非遗项目申报后期的发展还需要进一步提升。

Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has a good reputation of the great wall and the south of the Yangtze River.It is a multi-ethnic settlement,but there are few intangible cultural heritage,and even less researchers of it.This paper analyzes the list of textile intangible cultural heritage in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in order to provide reference for relevant research⁃ers.Based on the four national intangible cultural heritage lists approved and published by the State Council in 2006,2008,2011 and 2014,and the first,second,third,fourth and fifth batch of regional and provincial intangible cultural heritage projects published by Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,this paper uses the methods of classification,data statistics,analysis and compar⁃ison to analyze the intangible cultural heritage of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region The list and characteristics of textile intangi⁃ble cultural heritage at district level,provincial level and national level are sorted out.it is found that:there are 2 National Tex⁃tile intangible cultural heritage projects in Ningxia,accounting for 1.7%of the national textile intangible cultural heritage;they are divided into two categories:folk customs and traditional skills;there are 7 regional textile intangible cultural heritage proj⁃ects in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region;they are divided into three categories:traditional art,traditional crafts and folk cus⁃toms;1 There are two items of intangible cultural heritage of textile in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,including traditional arts,five items of traditional handicrafts and one item of folk custom;there are two items of intangible cultural heritage of textile in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,which are divided into traditional arts and traditional skills,one of which is traditional arts and one of which is traditional skills;there is only one application of intangible cultural heritage of textile in Ningxia Hui Auton⁃omous Region in 2006,the second and third batch The number of the first batch of textile intangible cultural heritage declara⁃tion in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is large,the second,third and fourth batches are not,and the fifth batch is on the rise.The application of textile intangible cultural heritage projects in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region needs to be developed,and the application of textile intangible cultural heritage projects at the provincial level is only in the fifth batch.From the perspec⁃tive of the development of textile intangible cultural heritage at the regional,provincial and national levels,the development of textile intangible cultural heritage projects in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region needs to be further improved.
