摘要
[研究目的]为使纬编针织物具有更真实的模拟效果,[研究方法]文章采用Lumislice技术对纬编织物进行三维模拟。[研究结果与结论]研究认为:在改进的弹簧-质点模型的基础上对线圈进行结构建模,用直线连接线圈型值点,并使用线性插值算法对原有空间直线进行处理,采用加权移动平均法来对这些插值点进行平滑处理。通过对相邻插值点的空间坐标计算三个相对欧拉角,将Lumislice光片放入插值点的同时,对其进行相应的旋转变换。借助于Microsoft Visu⁃al Studio 2010集成开发工具和OpenGL三维绘图函数库,在计算机上实现了纬编织物的三维建模和动态仿真。与其它更加逼真的纬编织物三维模型相比,提出的建模算法更高效。
In order to obtain more realistic simulation in weft knitting,this work provides a 3-D solid model of loop by using Lu⁃mislice.3-D structure model is built based on improved mass-spring model,bonding points are connected by a straight line,and then the straight line is divided into several interpolation points,the interpolation points are smoothed by weighted moving average method.By interpolating points of adjacent through the spatial coordinates of three calculated relative Euler angles,the Lumislice rays are inserted into the position of interpolation points and rotated transformation correspondingly.By means of Mi⁃crosoft Visual Studio 2010 integrated development tools and OpenGL 3Dgraphics library,3-D simulation of weft knitted fabrics can be realized visually on computer screen.Meanwhile contrasting to other methods,the proposed algorithm is more effective.
