工业4.0时代我国职业道德教育的嬗变与未来走向

Vocational Moral Education in China in the Era of Industry 4.0:Changes and Prospect

职业道德具有行业性、发展性、活动性、社会本位与个人本位的整合性等特征,而职业道德教育不仅要培育学生遵守行业所要求的职业行为规范的习惯,同时还要发展学生对职业的道德观念与情感以及践行职业道德要求的意志。在工业4.0时代,高新科技深刻改变了职业世界,职业道德与职业道德教育必然会发生顺应时代的变革。职业道德教育的嬗变包括教育内容的更新与教育模式的创新两个方面。不同于一般德育的模式,职业道德教育模式主要包括德技并修模式、校企合作教育模式、职业启蒙教育模式、职业指导教育模式。目前这些模式还相当粗放,亟需探索、完善。另外,工业4.0使得职业道德教育的价值急剧凸显,促使其价值取向由社会本位逐渐转向个人本位,这一转向将给职业道德教育的未来发展带来根本影响。

As an integral part of work activities,vocational morality is industry specific and changes with times.It is both society⁃oriented and individual⁃oriented.Vocational moral education not only cultivates students’behavioral habits of observing the vocational morality required,but also develops students’ethical conception and emotion towards the vocation,as well as the will to practice the vocational morality.In the Era of Industry 4.0,high and new technology has profoundly changed the job world,and vocational morality and vocational moral education are bound to change in line with the times.Vocational moral education changes in two aspects:the renewal of educational contents and the innovation of educational modes.Different from the mode of general moral education,the mode of vocational moral education mainly includes the following models:cultivating both morality and technical skills,school⁃enterprise cooperative education,vocational initiative education and professional guidance education.These models are still quite simple and in urgent need of exploration and improvement.In addition,Industry 4.0 highlights the value of vocational moral education,and gradually changes its value orientation from society⁃oriented to individual⁃oriented,which will influence fundamentally the future development of vocational moral education.
