To build a high⁃level vocational college with Chinese characteristics is to strengthen the development of specialties based on the local conditions and making full use of their advantages.Supporting the civil⁃military integration has become a characteristic development paradigm for vocational colleges.Systematic design of paradigm characteristics and construction logic is the key to the success of the characteristic paradigm in high⁃level vocational colleges.The paradigm characteristics of high⁃level civil⁃military integration vocational colleges include:taking the deep integration of the military,school and enterprise as the main line,the civil⁃military dual⁃use technology as the core of innovation and development,the national defense science and technology as the service goal,and training talents that have both specialized and general technical skills for both civil and military purposes.To build such vocational colleges,we should take the needs of the civil⁃military integration industry as the objective,focus on the standards of the integration of civil⁃military production and education,build specialty groups combining civil⁃military education and training,and back it up with a civil⁃military technical service platform.
