雁门关农牧交错带西南部长尾仓鼠年龄结构的研究

Study on the Age Structure of Cricetulus Longtail in the Southwest of Ecotone between Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Yanmenguan

摘要 对雁门关农牧交错带西南部的长尾仓鼠种群年龄结构的季节变动进行研究。采用捕鼠笼、捕鼠夹和TBS技术捕鼠后,按月份收集长尾仓鼠头骨制成标本,主要以头骨左侧上臼齿(M1、M2、M3)的生长与磨损情况进行年龄鉴定,将长尾仓鼠种群划分5个年龄组,对长尾仓鼠种群的年龄组成进行Ridit分析。研究发现长尾仓鼠种群12月没有幼年鼠,1月—3月种群中没有幼年鼠和亚成年鼠。雁门关农牧交错带西南部独立生活的长尾仓鼠幼年鼠出现在4月初—11月初,以上结果表明长尾仓鼠在当地的繁殖期较长。 This paper studies the seasonal variation of the age structure of the long tailed hamster population in the southwest of ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry in Yanmenguan.The skulls of long tailed hamsters were collected and made into specimens according to the month.The age of the left upper molar of the skulls was mainly determined by the growth and wear conditions.The population of long tailed hamsters was divided into five age groups,and the age composition of the population of long tailed hamsters was analyzed by Ridit.It was found that there were no juvenile rats in the Cricetulus longtail population in December,and there were no juvenile rats and sub adult rats in the population from January to March.In the Southwest of ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry in Yanmenguan,the young hamsters of the long tailed hamster appeared in early April to early November,which indicated that the breeding period of the long tailed hamster was longer.
