乡村振兴与乡村旅游发展系统耦合机制的研究

Research on the Coupling Mechanism of Village Revitalization and Rural Tourism Development System

文章基于新疆乌鲁木齐县2004年—2008年间的面板数据构建指标体系与系统综合评价模型,测算其乡村旅游与乡村振兴的耦合度与协调发展度,并通过剪刀差法推导耦合演化过程。结果表明,乌鲁木齐县乡村振兴与乡村旅游的耦合过程在2004年—2008年为良好协调等级阶段,2009年—2018年为中等协调等级阶段。协调发展度呈现出略微下降的趋势,但协调度依然处于较高水平;乡村振兴与乡村旅游的剪刀差演化过程是“S”形曲线,2004年—2008年阶段剪刀差不断增大,反映了子系统在耦合初期演化趋势的快速收敛,2009年—2018年阶段剪刀差呈现下降趋势,但变化速度较慢,反映出耦合系统漫长的磨合和调整周期。今后应重点通过加强城乡统筹、开发旅游资源、提升文化价值、提高教育水平和基础设施建设来促进乡村旅游与乡村振兴耦合发展。

Based on the panel data of Urumqi County from 2004 to 2008,this paper constructs the index system and system comprehensive evaluation model,calculates the coupling degree and coordinated development degree of rural tourism and rural revitalization,and deduces the coupling evolution process through the scissors difference method.The results show that the coupling process of rural revitalization and rural tourism in Urumqi County is a good coordination level stage from 2004 to 2008,and a medium coordination level stage from 2009 to 2018.The degree of coordinated development shows a slight downward trend,but the degree of coordination is still at a high level;the evolution process of the scissors gap between rural revitalization and rural tourism is an"S"curve,and the scissors gap increases continuously from 2004 to 2008,which reflects the rapid convergence of the subsystem evolution trend in the early stage of coupling.The scissors gap shows a downward trend from 2009 to 2018,but the change speed is slow,It reflects the long running in and adjustment cycle of the coupling system.In the future,we should focus on promoting the coupling development of rural tourism and rural revitalization by strengthening the overall planning of urban and rural areas,developing tourism resources,enhancing cultural value,improving education level and infrastructure construction.
