摘要
分析了多元料浆气化炉烧嘴法兰超温的原因,通过调整烧嘴数据,降低氧煤比,在烧嘴盘管处包裹硅酸铝耐火棉、调整气化炉负荷及中心氧比例等方法解决烧嘴法兰超温问题,延长气化炉的运行周期。
This paper analyzes the causes of overheating of burner flange of multi-component slurry gasifier.By adjusting burner data,reducing oxygen coal ratio,wrapping aluminum silicate refractory cotton at burner coil,adjusting gasifier load and central oxygen ratio,the problem of burner flange overheating is solved and the operation cycle of gasifier is improved.
