摘要
气田采出水深度处理后回用到循环冷却水系统,针对回用带来的管道腐蚀、循环冷却水水质变化、浓缩倍数计算偏差等问题进行了研究和实践,使气田采出水成功回用到循环冷却水系统,不仅综合利用了水资源,且减少了环境污染,实现了气田采出水零排放的目标。
The gas field produced water is reused in the circulating cooling water system after advanced treatment. The problems such as pipeline corrosion,water quality change of circulating cooling water and deviation of concentration ratio calculation caused by reuse are studied and practiced. The gas field produced water is successfully reused in the circulating cooling water system,which not only comprehensively utilizes water resources,but also reduces environmental pollution,and achieves the goal of zero discharge of produced water in gas field.
