摘要 本文重点介绍了高效轴流式聚合反应釜的主要组成,反应釜内流动状态,导流筒与设备直径流通面积的比例关系,选用非对称、螺旋面桨叶推进式搅拌器结构特点,换热列管的布置等,阐述了新设计观点,为高反应速率、强放热的反应釜设计,提供参考。同时也对轴向流搅拌器的桨叶形状、曲面、数量等提供了新数据,修改了搅拌器功率计算公式。 This paper mainly introduces the main composition of high-efficiency axial-flow polymerization reactor,the flow state in the reactor,the proportional relationship between the guide tube and the diameter and flow area of the equipment,the structural characteristics of asymmetric and helical paddle propelling agitator,and the arrangement of heat exchange tubes. It provides a reference for the design of reactor with high reaction rate and strong heat release. At the same time,it also provides new data for the shape,surface and number of blades of axial flow agitator,and modifies the power calculation formula of axial flow agitator.
