海上采油平台原油主机燃油降黏方案研究与应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 原油主机作为海上采油平台的"心脏",在平台生产运行过程中起着至关重要的作用。而燃油黏度对主机稳定运行影响极大,燃油黏度过高会造成原油主机出现固件温度高、高压雾化差、燃烧不充分等问题,缩短主机的使用寿命。本文对海上采油平台主机燃油黏度高的危害及影响因素进行了全面的分析,并结合海上采油平台燃油处理流程的特点,最终提出了燃油降粘方案并应用到生产现场,取得了良好的效果。 The main engine of crude oil is the heart of offshore oil production platform,It plays an important role in the production and operation of the platform. The fuel viscosity has a great influence on the stable operation of the engine,High fuel viscosity will cause problems such as high temperature of firmware,poor atomization under high pressure and insufficient combustion,which will reduce the service life of the main engine. In this paper,the harm and influence factors of high oil viscosity of main engine of offshore oil production platform are comprehensively analyzed,Combined with the characteristics of oil treatment process of offshore oil production platform,the oil viscosity reduction scheme is proposed and applied to the production site,and good results are achieved.
