红外干燥法分析SSBR2636挥发分

Analysis of infrared drying method for SSBR2636 volatilization

摘要 挥发分的影响对橡胶产品至关重要。以GB/T 24131—2018烘箱法为基准,采用红外干燥法测定其挥发分,通过与烘箱法对比试验,确定了温度为150℃、干燥时间为8min的实验条件。试验结果表明:SSBR2636所充填充油会增加橡胶本身的挥发分;红外干燥法检测其挥发分结果与烘箱法的结果一致;该方法操作简便且缩短了检测时间,可快速指导SSBR2636的实际生产。 The effect of volatiles on rubber products is critical. We take the oven method as the benckmark,the infrared drying method is used to measure the volatiles,and the experimental conditions are determined by comparing with the oven method:The temperature is 150℃,the drying time is 8 min. The test results show that:the filling oil of SSBR2636 will increase the volatilization of the rubber itself;the results of infrared drying method are consistent with those of oven method. The method is easy to operate and shorten the detection time,and can quickly guide the actual production of SSBR2636.
