气田水管道小孔泄漏模式定点监测技术研究

摘要 随着日益严格的环境保护法的实施,国家及行业对气田水转输和回注过程中的安全环保标准逐渐提高,同时,各大气田开发至中晚期,气井产水量日益增多,气田水管输作为气田水处理的普遍方式,若管输系统无法满足生产运行需求,将严重制约气田的开发。气田水管道小孔泄漏模式定点监测技术的研究旨在结合先进技术与经济效益,实现气田水管道在线监测、精确定位、实时报警及远程连锁控制,有效地解决人工排查泄漏点的不确定性及泄漏抢修的失效滞后性难题,将气田水泄漏带来的环境影响及经济损失降到最低。 With the implementation of increasingly stringent environmental protection law,The national and industrial standards for safety and environmental protection in the process of gas field water transfer and reinjection are gradually improved,At the same time,during the middle and late stages of development of major gas fields,the water production of gas wells is increasing day by day,As a common way of gas field water treatment,gas field development will be seriously restricted if the pipeline transportation system can not meet the production and operation requirements. The purpose of this study is to combine advanced technology with economic benefits,It can realize on-line monitoring,precise positioning,real-time alarm and remote interlock control of gas field water pipeline,It can effectively solve the problem of uncertainty of manual leak detection and leakage repair failure delay,and minimize the environmental impact and economic loss caused by gas field water leakage.
