This paper introduces the successful experience of 9-1/2″ welleader,which is independently developed by COSL,in Bohai oilfield for the first time. Through the summary of design and construction points,Understand the factors that affect the suspended sidetracking,and analyze the preconditions and operation process of push by rotary steering.
