摘要
高含硫天然气站场处理的天然气中含有大量的剧毒性硫化氢气体,因此对于站场和周边居民而言,为了避免出现毒气泄漏事故伤害,必须制定合适的应急疏散策略。以某高含硫天然气站场为研究对象,利用数值模拟分析软件Flacs开展事故后果分析,在疏散范围划分的基础上,构建了疏散区域路网图,并以最小疏散距离为目标,利用经典Floyd算法对各疏散点开展疏散路径最优解。研究结果对预防站场及周边居民出现硫化氢中毒事故以及增强应急能力具有重要意义。
There are a lot of highly toxic hydrogen sulfide gas in the high-sulfur natural gas station, so it is necessary to make a proper emergency evacuation strategy for the station and its surrounding residents in order to avoid the damage of toxic gas leakage. In this paper, a high-sulfur natural gas station is taken as the research object, the accident consequence analysis is carried out by using numerical simulation software Flacs. Based on the division of evacuation area, the evacuation area road network is constructed, and the minimum evacuation distance is taken as the goal, the optimal solution of evacuation route for each evacuation point based on classical Floyd algorithm. The research results are of great significance to prevent hydrogen sulfide poisoning accidents and enhance the emergency response ability of the station and surrounding residents.
