计及风光出力相关性的风光互补发电系统优化 被引量:7

Capacity Optimization of Wind/Pv Hybrid Power Generation Considering Output Correlation of Wind Turbines and Photovoltaic Units

摘要 为了提高风光互补发电系统效率、降低建设成本和增强供电可靠性,采用Frank Copula理论,综合考虑该地区风力发电和光伏发电的出力相关性,利用Kendall秩进行不同季节的出力相关性对比,建立风光联合密度分布函数,得到风光联合出力场景,并采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行风光互补发电系统的多目标容量优化。算例结果表明,优化后系统的成本、负荷缺电率和弃风弃光浪费率分别减少了8.98%、1.23%和2.28%,计及风光出力相关性对于提高风光互补系统效率、降低投资成本具有重要意义。 In order to improve the efficiency of wind/photovoltaic hybrid complementary power generation system,reduce the construction cost and enhance the reliability of power supply,this paper uses Frank Copula theory to comprehensively consider the output correlation between wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation in the region,and uses Kendall rank to compare the output correlation of different seasons,and establishes the wind solar joint density distribution function to obtain the wind solar joint output scenario,and uses NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm to carry out multi-objective capacity optimization of wind/photovoltaic hybrid complementary power generation system. The example shows that the cost,load power loss rate and waste rate of wind and light are reduced by 8.98%,1.23% and 2.28% respectively when taking into account the correlation of wind and photovoltaic output. Considering the correlation of wind and photovoltaic power output is of great significance to improve the efficiency of wind/photovoltaic hybrid system and reduce the investment cost.
