摘要 为提高传统压力变送系统的测量精度和响应速度,设计了一款高精度流体压力变送系统。该系统以STM32为控制核心,采用高精度金属电阻应变式压力传感器实时检测流体压力变化。采用16位高精度A/D转换器对传感器输出模拟量进行模数转换,采用平均滤波方法对系统输出电压进行滤波,通过OLED显示屏以电压值的形式实时显示。实际测试结果表明,该系统检测精度高,测量误差小于3%,响应速度快,达到预期设计目标。 In order to improve the measurement accuracy and response speed of traditional pressure transfer system,a high precision fluid pressure transfer system is designed.The system uses STM32 as a microcontroller,adopts high-precision metal resistance strain pressure sensor to monitor pressure changes in the fluid,and uses 16-bit high-precision A/D converter to convert pressure sensor signals into analog-digital ones.After filtering the output voltage by means of average values,the measured pressure value is displayed through OLED screen.The test results show that the system has high measurement accuracy and response speed,the measurement errors less than 3%.Therefore the expected design goal can be reached.
