致病链霉菌毒素多样性及马铃薯疮痂病综合防治研究进展

Advance of Research in Diversity of Pathogenic Toxins from Streptomyces and Integrated Control of Potato Scab

马铃薯疮痂病是由致病链霉菌引起的一种土传病害,随着深入研究,在其病原、毒素和防治等方面取得较大的研究成果,并表明毒素是其主要致病因子。本文系统概述致病链霉菌的组成、传播方式及其致病毒素的种类和作用机理,包括thaxtomins、concanamycins、COR类植物毒素和borrelidin等,阐述马铃薯疮痂病的抗病育种、传统防治和生物防治等综合防治方法,并对研究重点进行展望,拟为马铃薯疮痂病的深入研究和绿色防控提供依据。

Potato scab is a soil-borne disease caused by pathogenic Streptomyces spp.,the results in research of its pathogens,pathogenic toxins and control have achieved a lot after in-depth investigation,and the results showed that the toxin is the main pathogenic factor.In this review,we systematically summarized the compositions and transmission modes of pathogenic Streptomyces spp.and the types and mechanisms of pathogenic toxins,including thaxtomins,concanamycins,COR phytotoxins and borrelidin.The integrated control measures for potato scab including disease resistance breeding,conventional control and biological control were also expounded and the potential research goals were prospected,which will provide an important theoretical basis for the in-depth analysis and environment-friendly control of potato scab.
