基于学习型组织理论的低碳城市建设宣传教育机制研究

党的十九届五中全会提出“促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型”“加快推动绿色低碳发展,持续改善环境质量”。低碳城市建设任重道远,构建灵活高效的宣传教育机制十分重要。根据低碳城市建设的需要,借鉴学习型组织理论的方法,提出了构建“五个化”的低碳城市建设宣传教育机制,具有理论研究意义和实践应用价值。
