跨国商贸企业面临的财务风险及对策研究--以沃尔玛百货有限公司为例

随着经济全球化的发展,跨国商贸企业在发展的进程中面临着许多新的问题和风险。尤其自2020年以来,跨国商贸企业在汇率风险、债务风险、营运风险等财务风险方面尤为凸显,跨国商贸企业如何防范财务风险更为重要。以沃尔玛百货有限公司为研究对象,通过对其2019年第四季度及2020年前三季度的财务状况进行分析,查找财务风险产生的原因,并提出有效防控财务风险的建议。

This paper takes Wal Mart Department Store Co.,Ltd.as the research object,analyzes its financial situation in the fourth quarter of 2019 and the first three quarters of 2020,finds out the causes of financial risks,and puts forward some suggestions for effective prevention and control of financial risks under the epidemic situation.
