摘要 锅炉脱硝系统改造后,存在NO_(x)排放达不到环保要求,受热面的磨损加剧,空气预热器结垢严重等问题。通过对脱硝系统进行运行优化调整试验,对SNCR喷枪及SCR喷氨格栅的开度和喷氨量进行了调整,使机组的NO_(x)排放指标达到环保要求,提高了脱硝效率并减少了氨逃逸,有效地缓解了SCR下游设备的NH_(4)HSO_(4)沉降及堵灰状况,为同类型机组脱硝系统的运行优化调整提供了借鉴思路。 After the denitrification system of the boiler was reformed,there were problems such as NO_(x) emissions that could not meet environmental protection requirements,increased wear on the heating surface and serious fouling of the air preheater.Through the operation adjustment test of the denitrification system,the NO_(x) emission index of the unit operation can meet the environmental protection requirements,improve the denitrification efficiency and reduce ammonia escape,effectively alleviate the ammonium bisulfate sedimentation and ash blocking of the downstream equipment of the SCR.The operation adjustment can also provide a reference for the operation optimization and adjustment of denitrification system of the same type unit.
