Design and Implementation of Shenyang Regional Population Health Information Platform

《国家卫生计生委关于印发“十三五”全国人口健康信息化发展规划的通知》(国卫规划发〔2017〕6号)提出,全面建成互通共享的国家、省、市、县四级全民健康信息平台,强化公共卫生、计划生育、医疗服务、医疗保障、药品供应及综合管理等应用信息系统数据采集、集成共享和业务协同。结合沈阳市医疗卫生现状建设沈阳市区域人口健康信息平台,实现全市范围内医疗卫生数据协同、共享,并通过大数据分析为管理提供决策支持。

According to the National Population Health Informatization Development Plan of the 13th Five-Year Plan(National Health Planning〔2017〕No.6),it is proposed that the four levels health information platforms of the national,provincial,municipal and county should be built and shared in an all-round way to strengthen the data collection,integration and sharing and service coordination of the applied information systems,such as public health,family planning,medical services,medical security,drug supply and comprehensive management.Based on the current situation of medical and health in Shenyang,the regional population health information platform of Shenyang is constructed to realize the collaboration and sharing of medical and health data in the whole city and to provide decision support for management through large data analysis.
