创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)是暴露于严重创伤事件后出现的一种精神障碍,对患者个人和社会造成巨大的负担。对PTSD的早期识别是诊疗工作的关键,也是研究的热点。近年多个基于PTSD诊断标准的症状自评式量表被开发并广泛应用于PTSD的筛查和诊断。随着PTSD的诊断标准的更新和不断完善,自评式量表也经历了版本的更新换代。该文将围绕PTSD诊断标准与症状自评式量表应用的最新研究进展进行综述和归纳。

Post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)is a mental disorder that occurs after exposure to severe traumatic events,which can be profoundly devastating for individuals and society.Early detection of PTSD symptoms is essential in the diagnosis and treatment of PTSD,which is also a hot spot in this field.In recent years,multiple self-reporting questionnaires based on PTSD diagnostic criteria have been developed and widely applied to the screening and diagnosis of PTSD.With the update and modification of diagnostic criteria of PTSD,the self-reporting questionnaires have been constantly updated and improved.In this article,the latest research progresses on the application of diagnostic criteria and self-reporting questionnaires for PTSD were reviewed.
