摘要
为了优化某航行灯PCB的电磁兼容性问题,提出了基于ANSYS的仿真试验。通过对PCB进行噪音成因分析,并依托SIwave和Designer模块进行场路协同仿真,分析恒流模块的EMI噪声。随后采用阻抗匹配、去耦滤波等方式优化PCB板的谐振问题和近场辐射问题。实测结果表明,整改后,PCB板的近场辐射水平显著降低。
In order to optimize the EMC of a navigation lamp PCB,a simulation test based on ANSYS is proposed.By analyzing the cause of PCB noise,and relying on SIwave and Designer module for field-path co-simulation,the EMI noise of constant current module is analyzed.Then impedance matching and decoupling filtering are used to optimize the resonance and near-field radiation of PCB.The measured results show that the near-field radiation level of PCB is significantly reduced after rectification.
