摘要
为了保证产品能够在交付给客户后稳定运行,依据GB/T 17626.2/IEC61000-4-2的规定对笔记本电脑产品进行静电放电测试中,产品出现死机、重启、花屏等现象,导致测试结果不合格。通过分析,确定干扰主要是通过静电场影响到主控芯片、内存条及其附属电路。采取更改铜箔铺设方式使铜箔接地等优化措施后,测试通过。
In order to ensure the stable operation of the product after delivery to the customer,according to requirements in GB/T 17626.2/IEC61000-4-2 for laptop ESD testing,The product appears system halted,restart,screen display exception and so on,and leads to the test results failed.By analyzing,the interference is mainly influenced by the electrostatic field to influence the main control chip,the memory and their circuits.The test was passed after the method of changing the method of copper foil was made to make the copper foil grounding and so on.
