2017—2019年苏州市电动自行车道路交通伤患者特征分析 被引量:7

Characteristics of road traffic injuries caused by electric bicycles in Suzhou during 2017-2019

摘要 目的调查苏州市交通伤流行病学特征,为探索及制定更加有效的预防措施及降低道路交通伤害提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析2017年1月-2019年12月苏州市急救中心接报并现场处置的道路交通伤患者性别、年龄、交通方式、受伤解剖部位及其他相关资料,并进行描述性统计分析。结果参与抢救的道路交通伤患者总计54 510例,年龄0.5~97岁,平均45.5岁,男女比1.22∶1;其中电动自行车交通伤患者28 516例,占全部交通伤患者52.3%;19~60岁青中年为调查总人数72.8%,且19~60岁交通伤患者主要交通方式为电动自行车;电动自行车患者受伤部位为头面部的比例显著高于其他交通工具(P<0.001),且脊柱骨盆损伤比例显著低于其他交通工具(P<0.001);电动自行车交通伤患者受伤部位数量显著多于其他交通伤患者(P<0.001);电动自行车交通伤患者修正创伤评分(RTS)及格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)显著低于其他交通工具,且其重伤及现场死亡比例显著高于其他交通工具(P<0.001);酒后交通伤中,电动自行车交通伤比例显著高于其他交通伤患者,占全部酒后交通伤人群53.3%。结论电动自行车道路交通伤现已成为道路交通伤害主要类型,其中头面部受伤比例高、受伤部位数量多、年龄分布广及酒后交通伤占比大。 Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of traffic injuries in Suzhou,and provide theoretical basis for exploring and formulating more effective preventive measures and reducing road traffic injuries. Methods The gender,age,traffic mode,injured parts and other relevant data of all patients with traffic injuries in Suzhou from Jan. 2017 to Dec. 2019 were collected. The descriptive epidemiologic analysis on demographic characteristics,body parts and degree of injury was conducted. Results Suzhou Emergency Center participated in the rescue of a total of 54 510 road traffic injury patients,with an average age of 45. 5 years( 0. 5-97). The male to female ratio was 1. 22 ∶1. Among them,there were 28,516 cases of electric bicycle traffic injuries,accounting for52. 3% of all traffic injury patients. Patients aged 19 to 60 years accounted for 72. 8% of the total number of surveyed persons,and the main mode of transportation for traffic injured patients aged 19 to 60 years was electric bicycles. The proportion of electric bicycle patients whose injured parts were head and face,which was significantly higher than that of other vehicles( P<0. 001),and the proportion of spine and pelvic injuries was significantly lower than that of other vehicles( P<0. 001). The number of injured parts of electric bicycle traffic injuries was significantly more than that of other traffic injuries( P < 0. 001). The modified trauma score and Glasgow Coma Score( GCS) of motor-driven bicycle traffic injuries were significantly lower than those of other vehicles,and the proportion of serious injuries and on-site deaths was significantly higher than that of other vehicles( P<0. 001). The proportion of electric bicycle traffic injuries was significantly higher than that of other traffic injuries,accounting for53. 3% of all traffic injuries after drinking. Conclusion Electric bicycle induced road traffic injuries have now become the main type of road traffic injuries. Among them,the proportion of head and face injuries is high,the number of injured parts is large,the age distribution is wide,and the proportion of traffic injuries after drinking is high.
