摘要 随着"一带一路"国家战略的持续推进,高电压等级可移动车载的成套变电设施可帮助基础设施落后、自身工业产品自给率低的国家快速实现电网枢纽节点的从无到有,对该国的电网发展起到立竿见影的效果,尤其是在非洲一些电力系统极其不发达、基础设施极其落后的国家。介绍了230k V车载移动变电站的方案设计原则、方案平面布置及关键技术问题解决方法。针对大容量高电压高海拔的变压器体积大、重量重的特点且存在运输困难的缺点,提出了变压器和HGIS设备的优化设计方案;针对路况复杂的运输条件,为确保设备经长途跋涉后能完好抵达项目现场,需对四个车体模块重新进行载重控制并分配载重,重新校核车体的抗震能力;针对车载移动变电站的防雷接地设计,采用多种方式同时进行保护。 The complete set of high-voltage mobile on-board substation facilities can help countries with backward infrastructure and low self-sufficiency rate of their own industrial products to quickly realize the grid hub node from scratch,and achieve an immediate effect on the development of the country’s power grid.Its advantages are self-evident,especially in some African countries with extremely underdeveloped power system.This paper introduces the design principle,layout and key technical problems of 230 kV mobile substation.In view of the characteristics of large capacity,high voltage and high altitude transformer,such as large volume,heavy weight and difficult transportation,the optimal design scheme of transformer and HGIS equipment is proposed;In view of the complex road conditions,in order to ensure that the equipment can arrive at the project site after a long journey,it is necessary to recontrol the weight of the four car body modules,redistribute the load,and recheck the anti-seismic capacity of the trailer’s body.For the lightning protection and grounding design of vehicle mounted mobile substation,multiple methods are adopted to protect at the same time.
