十六烷基溴化吡啶鎓增敏四溴间甲酚磺酞共振光散射测定吡拉西坦

摘要 建立了高灵敏的检测药物中吡拉西坦的共振光散射方法。在pH 3.40三羟甲基氨基甲烷Tris-HCl溶液中,以十六烷基溴化吡啶鎓作增敏剂,吡拉西坦与四溴间甲酚磺酞在静电引力相互作用下生成离子缔合物,产生多个散射峰的特征散射光谱,在368 nm波长下,吡拉西坦的质量浓度与共振光散射减弱强度呈线性关系,线性范围为0.07~0.43 mg/L,检出限为0.002 7 mg/L,加标回收率为98.1%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~2.5%(n=5)。该法简便、快速、灵敏,适用于吡拉西坦药物分析,取得了较好的效果。 A nover high sensitivity resonance light scattering method for the detection of piracetam in drugs was established. In the Tris(tris base)-HCl solution of pH 3.40, cetyl pyridinium bromide was used as sensitizer, piracetam interacting with tetrabromo-m-cresolsulfophthalein by electrostatic attraction to form an ionic association complex, and the characteristic scattering spectra with multiple scattering peaks are generated. At a wavelength of 368 nm, the mass concentration of piracetam had a linear relationship with the weakened intensity of resonance light scattering, the linear range was 0.07~0.43 mg/L, the detection limit was 0.002 7 mg/L, and the spiked recovery was 98.1%~102%, relative standard deviation(RSD, n=5) was 1.4% to 2.5%. The method was simple, rapid and sensitive, It was suitable for piracetam drug analysis and has achieved good results.
