中医知识组织的融合式意义建构及社会化演进研究

Integrative Sense-Making and Socialized Evolution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Knowledge Organization

中医知识组织与西方医学知识组织的比较研究对现代中医知识组织的传承、创新与发展至关重要。中医知识组织是一个融合式意义建构的过程,是主体在原有中医知识学习的基础上,于特定情境下根据临床实践经验、感受、记忆、价值观对中医知识进行融合建构、补充修正、聚合整序、验证反馈的控制过程。从中医知识组织及其方式、传统中医知识组织的流派化演进和现代中医知识组织的专业化演进三个方面进行论述,认为中医知识组织是融合式意义建构的过程,中医知识组织演化与中医知识建构密切相关并呈现社会化特征。中医知识组织社会化演进过程中,现代新媒介技术对中医知识组织重构起到了关键作用,为中医知识组织的研究开辟了新视野。

The comparative research on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)knowledge organization and western medicine knowledge organization is significant for the inheritance,innovation and development of modern TCM knowledge organization.TCM knowledge organization is a process of integrative sense-making.It is a process in which the subject constructs,supplements,corrects,aggregates,verifies the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine according to clinical experience,feelings,memory and values.This paper discusses three aspects including TCM knowledge organization and its pattern,the genre-oriented evolution of traditional TCM knowledge organization and the professional evolution of modern TCM knowledge organization.It holds that TCM knowledge organization is a process of integrative sense-making,and the evolution of TCM knowledge organization is closely related to the construction of TCM knowledge and presents the characteristics of socialization.In the social evolution of TCM knowledge organization,modern new media technology plays a key role in the reconstruction of TCM knowledge organization,which provides a new perspective for the study of TCM knowledge organization.
