越南古代汉喃医学文献整理研究

Collation and Research of the Vietnamese Ancient Medical Literature Written in Han-Nom

汉喃医学文献尚处于分散、杂糅状态,缺乏系统的分科整理,文献利用率不高,需要从以下4个方面开展工作:对越南馆藏的汉喃中医古籍进行完整介绍;选择性地参照中国出土和传世医学文献,对所搜集到的越南现存中医古籍分类予以辑注;在辑注的过程中梳理出汉喃医籍的用字情况,扫除古籍整理和阅读障碍;研究汉喃中医古籍的异文,梳理中医古籍原本之"原"和传抄之"变"的对立现象,考究中越医学交流的传承与发展。

The medical literature written in Han-Nomis are still in a scattered and mixed state,lacking of systematic classification.The utilization rate of these literature is not high.We need to carry out the work from the following four aspects.Firstly,making a complete introduction to the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)written in Han-Nom collected in the Vietnamese libraries.Secondly,classifying and annotating of the ancient books of TCM in Vietnam according to the unearthed and handed-down medical literature in China.Thirdly,sorting out the characters in medical books written in Han-Nom to eliminate the obstacles to the collation and reading of ancient books.Fourthly,sorting out the difference between the original and the codex to understand the inheritance and development of medical communication between China and Vietnam.
