摘要
飞机生产和使用中会遇到许多结构的损伤问题,损伤结构需要去补强。为了保证结构的安全性,补强方案需要强度专业重新进行强度评估。文中给出了补强结构的强度计算,首先要遵循等强度和等刚度的原则,不能做到时应采取的校核方法。详细讨论了结构典型补强方案,分别在拉伸和压缩载荷作用下的强度评估方法及强度评估应该注意的细节问题。对补强后的飞机结构的传力路线及载荷重新分配工程方法进行了说明,也对补强件材料和连接的选择做出了分析。文中对典型补强结构形式进行了强度评估,并根据计算结果,就如何对损伤补强方案进行完善和改进给出了建议,以保证补强结构的强度满足飞机使用要求。
In aircraft production and use,there are many structural damage problems to be encountered,a nd the damaged structures need to be strengthened.In order to ensure the safety of the structure,the reinforcement plan needs to be re-evaluated by strength professionals.In this paper,the principle of equal strength an equal stiffness should be followed in the strength calculation of reinforced structure,and the checking method should be adopted when it is impossible.The strength evaluation methods of typical reinforcement structures under tensile and compression loads are discussed in detail,a nd the details that should be paid attention to in strength evaluation are also discussed.During this period,the transmission route and load redistribution engineering methods of aircraft structure after reinforcement are explained,and the selection of reinforcement material and connection is also analyzed.In this paper,the strength of the typical reinforcement structure is evaluated,and based on the calculation results,suggestions are given on how to improve the damage reinforcement scheme,so as to ensure that the strength of the reinforcement structure meets the requirements of aircraft use.
