“Carbon Neutrality”Aimed Electric Power Development in the 14th Five-Year

绿色低碳是能源发展的重要方向,“十四五”是能源转型的关键时期。从能源供应、能源消费、能源利用效率等维度总结梳理了“十三五”期间我国能源电力的发展现状,并基于碳中和目标和国内大循环为主的新格局,对“十四五”能源电力需求及发展情况进行了初步预判,并从政策、机制体制、能源替代以及数字化技术与节能服务几个方面提出了相关建议,为政府及能源行业企业科学规划发展路径提供参考。

Green and low-carbon oriented energy development makes for the critical energy transition period in 14th five-year.Targeting at carbon neutralization and current large domestic circulation,we perform a prediction of electric power demand and development in the 14th five-year based on the investigation of the electric power development in energy supply,consumption and efficiency in China during the 13th Five-Year period.Recommendations are provided for government and enterprise reference in terms of policies,mechanism,digital technology,energy substitution and conservation.
